1. About Fencing Mastermind
Welcome to Fencing Mastermind. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fencing Mastermind mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the app.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Google Play Terms
If you downloaded the app through the Google Play Store, your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. We are solely responsible for the app and its content, not Google.
4. Premium Subscription
Fencing Mastermind offers a Premium Subscription that unlocks advanced features. Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings.
5. Coin Packages and Virtual Items
The app may allow you to purchase virtual coins or items. These virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual items at our discretion.
6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
All transactions are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not directly handle payment processing. Refunds are strictly subject to the refund policies of the app store where the purchase was made.
7. Restore Purchases
If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can restore your previously purchased non-consumable items and active subscriptions using the "Restore Purchases" feature, provided you are logged into the same app store account used for the original purchase.
8. Ads
The free version of Fencing Mastermind is ad-supported. By using the app, you agree to the display of third-party advertisements. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to bypass the app's security mechanisms, to scrape data, or to distribute harmful software. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
10. App Content and Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate fencing information, training methodologies, and scoring data, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any content. App content should not replace professional coaching advice.
11. Intellectual Property
All original content, features, and functionality within Fencing Mastermind are owned by Andronykus Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Updates and Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We may also require you to install updates to continue using the app.
13. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the app is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Services
The app may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
15. Availability and Device Compatibility
We do not guarantee that the app will function on all devices or operating systems. It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
19. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the app after revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
