Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. Follow the instructions below to permanently delete your Fencing Mastermind account and all associated data.

1. Overview

Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your saved data, preferences, and history within the Fencing Mastermind application. This action cannot be undone.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.

Partial data deletion

Fencing Mastermind does not support deleting specific data types while keeping your account active. All user data is linked to your account and is deleted together when the account is removed. If you want to remove only your game progress, you can contact us and we will assess what is possible on a case-by-case basis.

Method 1: Delete Inside the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Fencing Mastermind mobile application:

  1. Open the Fencing Mastermind app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings menu (usually found in the profile or main menu tab).
  3. Scroll down and tap on Account Settings.
  4. Tap the Delete Account button at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted. Your account will be scheduled for immediate deletion.

Method 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

  • Send an email to support@andronykus.com.
  • Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Fencing Mastermind".
  • Include the email address associated with your account.
  • Our team will process your request within 7-14 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.

What Data Is Deleted?

When your account is deleted, we remove the following information from our active databases:

  • Your profile information (name, email, avatar).
  • Your app usage history and saved preferences.
  • Any custom content you have created within the app.

Note: We may retain certain data for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or accounting), as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
